The CDTA will enter into force after completion of the ratification procedures in both Mauritius and Hong Kong.<\/p><p>The main benefits under the CDTA are the elimination of withholding tax on consultancy fees, tax exemption for business profits in the absence of a permanent establishment, reduced of withholding tax rates on royalties and interest.
